i spent here 2 very comfortable days and would book here again. this hotel was relaxing base for exploring edinburgh, enjoyed it and property’s lovely and approachable staff on a telephonic request. the room was absolutely gorgeous with a large bathroom and a bar, for instance, had a good night's sleep. favourable location of the hotel in centre.

It's spacious boutique hotel, everything is first-class here. The breakfast is quick, the room is exceptionally clean with a double bed made of 2 singles connected.

The service and food were excellent, and I appreciated being able to park on-site in a central and beautiful location.

The rooms here are something else! They have a cool, modern style with top-notch bathroom amenities and a bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud ☁️.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Edinburgh and had an incredible experience. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and all the amenities I could ask for. It was spacious and comfortable, making me feel right at home.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Incredible location near Haymarket station with easy access to tram and bus. Beautiful area for walks and a small commercial area nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, well-decorated rooms with high ceilings. Clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Good value for the quality.

The Roseate Edinburgh is a beautifully decorated hotel with attention to small details. Facilities include complimentary taster whisky, homemade shortbread, and a signature scent. The staff are attentive, thoughtful, and go out of their way to ensure a luxurious stay. The rooms are well-designed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable with every luxury you could ask for.

Convenient car park available for guests. Lovely architecture and tasteful interior decoration. Accommodating staff with excellent customer service. Superb restaurant with delicious food and reasonable prices. Cosy and well-equipped rooms with nice amenities.

We stayed at Dunstane House for a weekend getaway and were truly impressed. The period mansion has been beautifully renovated and the rooms are spacious. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and a short walk into the city center. We loved the whisky and cheese experience, which gave us a whole new appreciation for whisky. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning to this hidden gem.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, providing exclusive amenities and excellent service. the room was stunning, with elegant and modern decor, a comfortable king, size bed, and a sun terrace with fantastic views of the garden area. the private facilities were top, notch, with a rain shower, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were also outstanding, with an extensive menu of delicious food and drink options. the continental breakfast in, room or picnic area was a highlight of our stay, with a fantastic selection of pastries, fruits, and hot beverages. Additionally, the location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to top tourist attractions and transport links. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the lack of space to store our belongings in the room. Apart from that, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience.

It is also in a good area for Murrayfield Stadium, making it ideal for sports enthusiasts. Guests have praised the rooms, with high ceilings and boutiquey decor, as well as the luxurious bathrooms with separate power showers and jacuzzi baths. The hotel staff are known for their helpful and accommodating service, and the on-site restaurant has received rave reviews for its excellent food.

One possible downside mentioned by a guest is that there are no other hotel facilities on the premises, such as a reception, bar, or room service.
